Built for demanding projects

SKW Compact unit is made to be installed as a ready package, although the unit can be split for installation at site. It is designed for high heat recovery efficiency, up to 90%, with the lowest pressure influence at the same time. Compact units are available up to 5000 m³/h.

  • Compact footprint
High performance in a minimal footprint — ideal for space-constrained projects.
  • Flexible duct connections
Top or side connections, adjustable on site, for greater design freedom.
  • Sectional delivery
Can be split and delivered in sections for easier transport and installation.

Counterflow Heat Recovery Selected for the Application

Efficiency at the core

SKW Compact uses high-efficiency counterflow heat exchangers, selected from different categories to match the operating conditions and indoor climate requirements of the project.

Aluminium
Standard counterflow unit made from aluminium — high efficiency and proven performance.

Latent Energy
Special counterflow units equipped with nano-foil material for latent energy recovery — recovers both sensible and latent heat.

Protected
For swimming-pool applications, the recovery system is equipped with epoxy-coated aluminium for demanding, corrosive environments.

Built Around Your Project

Configuration
Key Features
  • Recirculation of exhaust and supply air with simultaneous constant mixing of outdoor air
  • Controllable heat pump for energy recovery from the exhaust air
  • Variable outside air volume flow for dehumidification with constant exhaust and supply air flow
  • Heating register for reheating the supply air with low flow and return temperatures
  • Temperature and humidity control
  • Control cabinet mounted on the device or remotely on the wall
High-Quality Housing
  • Acoustically insulated panels for low acoustic levels
  • Casing classification TB2, T2, L1 [M], D1 [M]
  • Robust design with up to 30% lighter weight
  • Duct connections on the side or on top, adjustable on site
Typical Applications
  • Private pool — humidity control and corrosion-resistant heat recovery for pool halls.
  • Private house — ventilation and energy recovery for renovation and new-build projects.
  • Small office — efficient ventilation for healthy indoor climates in compact spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions

Up to 5,000 m³/h, depending on the selected configuration.

Yes. The unit is delivered as a ready package by default, but it can be split and delivered in sections for easier transport and installation where access is restricted.

Standard aluminium counterflow exchangers suit most projects. Latent-energy (nano-foil) exchangers recover more total energy where humidity is high, and the epoxy-coated Protected version is for swimming-pool and other corrosive environments.

Top or side, adjustable on site, for flexibility in tight technical spaces.
