for Public and Private Pools
SKW Pool HP uses epoxy-coated aluminium heat exchangers. A power-controlled heat pump returns the latent and sensible energy from the exhaust air to the supply air in the most efficient way, while fulfilling the fresh-air demand of the pool hall. This control principle reduces the amount of disinfection by-products in the pool air. The composite casing is built for the heavy-duty environment of humid air with chlorine.
- Energy-saving eC fans
Regulate the required air output for supply and exhaust as needed. - Corrosion-resistant design
Built to withstand chlorinated, humid pool air over the long term. - State-of-the-art DDC control
Constant maximum air quality, continuously monitored by the integrated control system.
Inside SKW Pool HP
Heat is reclaimed with a counterflow recuperator and, downstream, an output-regulated heat pump used exclusively for heat recovery — hover the markers on the diagram for the individual components.
How SKW Pool HP Works
Built Around Your Project
- Recirculation of exhaust and supply air with simultaneous constant mixing of outdoor air
- Controllable heat pump for energy recovery from the exhaust air
- Variable outside air volume flow for dehumidification with constant supply/return air flow
- Temperature and humidity control
- Control cabinet mounted on the device or remotely on the wall
- Options: pool water condenser, polypropylene heat exchanger
- Acoustically insulated panels for low acoustic levels
- Casing classification TB2, T2, L1 [M], D1 [M]
- Robust design with up to 30% lighter weight
- Duct connections on the side or on top, adjustable on site
- Public pools — large-scale dehumidification with fresh-air-only control.
- Hospitals — controlled humidity and air quality to hospital standard.
- Pool renovation — upgrading existing public pool ventilation.
