Project description

Discover Skawen's latest HVAC technology projects across Estonia, where innovation meets efficiency. Our portfolio showcases diverse solutions, from rooftop units to attic installations, all tailored for modern buildings.

Skawen has delivered OEM units for the MFH (Multi Family Houses) inquiry to the biggest Estonian renovation group, Balti Vara. Units are OEM labeled with Green2050, indicating the European commitment to renovate all or most of the MFH houses by 2050.

The solution is optimal compact unit design that meets the EU requirements and fits under the attic or is sustainable for the outside environment by roof-top installation.

In Tartu, Nõva 3 stands out with its SKW 3.2 model rooftop unit, featuring advanced automation. It boasts an impressive 82.6% heating efficiency, ensuring energy-saving prowess. The unit's SFP rating of 1.307 kW/(m3/s) and airflow of 2880 m3/h guarantee optimum air circulation, while the 480 Pa total pressure and 649 kg weight underscore its robustness.

Tehnika 139 in Tallinn highlights our attic unit, balancing superb airflow and pressure. This SKW 3.2 model is a testament to efficient space utilization, with a heating efficiency of 81.3%, SFP of 1.766 kW/m3/s, and a lightweight build of 449 kg.

Sõpruse pst 17 in Tartu exemplifies safety and efficiency with its rooftop unit equipped with automation and CO sensors. The 3_2 model ensures a healthy indoor environment with an 80.0% heating efficiency, a 1.468 kW/m3/s SFP, and a 2556 m3/h airflow.

Pikk 98 in Tartu features our SKW 4.3 model, a rooftop unit combining automation and CO sensors, setting a high standard with a 79.1% heating efficiency, 1.654 kW/m3/s SFP, and a remarkable 6372 m3/h airflow, all while maintaining a 572 Pa total pressure.

Ringtee 3 in Tõrvandi and Männi 13 in Kambja showcase the SKW 3.2 model units, both equipped with automation and CO sensors. They stand out for their 81.7% and 82.1% heating efficiencies, SFPs of 1.22 and 1.56 kW/m3/s, and airflows of 2844 and 3182 m3/h, respectively. Their total pressures of 470 Pa and 612 Pa, along with weights of 597 kg and 643 kg, demonstrate our commitment to quality and reliability.

Our projects blend cutting-edge technology with environmental consciousness, setting new standards in the Estonian HVAC industry. We prioritize safety, efficiency, and innovation, ensuring each installation contributes positively to its environment.
